These terms match the End-User License Agreement in Spec. Reporter Pro (app build v5.17.10+, last updated July 6, 2026), issued by ICP Report LLC, Palm Beach County, Florida.
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the licensee’s internal business use during the paid term. One key per organization, usable on that organization’s computers. The term is encoded in the key. Use after expiry requires renewal.
The software runs locally in the browser. Raw data, reports, users, logs, and configuration stay on the licensee’s devices and are not collected by ICP Report LLC. You are responsible for backup and confidentiality.
Spec. Reporter Pro is a reporting aid for qualified laboratory personnel. It is not accreditation, certification, or professional analytical judgment. You must review and approve all reports before release.
The software is provided as-is. ICP Report LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Florida law; disputes in Palm Beach County, Florida.
